Public issue of 6,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each of BEW Engineering Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 58 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 48 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 3.97 Crores ("The Issue").
