Initial Public Offering of 21,009,067* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of CSB Bank Limited ("the bank" or "the bank" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 195 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 185 per equity share) (the "offer price") aggregating to Rs. 409.68 Crores* (the "offer") comprising a fresh issue of 1,230,769* equity shares by the bank aggregating to Rs. 24 Crores* ("fresh issue") and an Offer for sale of 19,778,298 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 385.68 Crores* by the selling shareholders, ("offer for sale"). The offer will Constitute 12.11% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the bank. *subject to finalisation of basis of allotment. The face value of the equity share of Rs.10 each.
