Initial public offer of 29,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Gobli India Limited, (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 52 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 42 per equity share) (the "issue price") aggregating up to Rs. 15.20 Crores (the "issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 1,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 52 per equity share aggregating Rs. 0.77 Crores for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker resrevation portion i.e. Net issue of 27,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 52 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 14.43 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will consitute 27.99% and 26.58% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs.10 and the issue price is 5.2 times of the face value.
