Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 30.66,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- lach fully Paid for cash at a price of Rs. 40 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 30 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.12.26 Crores (the "issue"), of which 1,56,000 equity' shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 40/- per equity' share, aggregating Rs. 0.62 Crores well be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
